Vanarama Smiles is a Loyalty Programme exclusively for Vanarama customers. You’ll find many Rewards to choose from as well as a dedicated My Offers section which is always there for you to enjoy.
All Vanarama customers who are currently leasing a vehicle are eligible to join the Vanarama Smiles programme.
First time Smiles users will be required to register by visiting www.vanaramasmiles.co.uk/register and completing the registration details. You will need to have your Vanarama customer number to hand. You can find this on communications sent to you from Vanarama or by www.vanarama.com/mycustomernumber. You may only register one account per Customer Number. Users must agree to the T&Cs and programme communications to obtain access to Smiles.
We will only contact you for the purposes of fulfilling rewards and with details of offers and information about the rewards scheme which we believe would be of interest to you. We will contact you via the email you register with. You can find out more information in our Terms and Condition’s section.
We may use your data to help manage the rewards scheme, improve the way we run it and to understand our customers better. You can find our more information within our Privacy Policy.
To claim a reward, simply click on your chosen reward and hit the ‘Claim now’ button. You will have the opportunity to confirm or cancel before the reward choice is finalised. You must have sufficient points as highlighted on your reward choice in order for your request to be successful. You can also add this to ‘My Wish List’ to claim later.
If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, please contact us using the Contact Us form as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the Reward/ Offer can be cancelled or exchanged but we will do our best to help you.

This depends on the reward/ offer you have chosen. Please refer to individual T&Cs. If you have not received your reward within the specified time frames, please get in touch using the Contact Us form within 28 days of your request.

Each reward will have its own expiry dates, which will be clearly communicated upon claim. Please check individual T&Cs for more details.
Upon redemption, you will receive your reward via email to the email address you have registered. Please make sure you have hello@vanaramasmiles.co.uk added to your safe senders list.You can also find your rewards stored within your Smiles account, please see your ‘Order History’.
Offers are always available for you to use whenever you want to claim, you do not require any points to take advantage of these. To claim Rewards, you will be require to spend points you have accumulated. See ways to earn points here.
New Customers who lease a vehicle from Vanarama will receive 5000 points. This can be any vehicle including Vans, Cars and Pickups. This bonus will only be applied to the first 20 vehicles. Existing customers can also earn points in a number of ways.

Customers must complete any specified ‘cooling off period’ before points are awarded to their Smiles account. This is usually around 15 days after your delivery from Vanarama has been completed, however please allow up to 21 days to see any update in points balance reflected on your account.

Points will be valid for 12 months from the point of issue and will be automatically expired on a rolling basis.
When your lease with Vanarama expires, your Loyalty Account will be put on hold. You will have 28 days to renew or any points accumulated on your account will be lost.
You can leave the programme at any time by getting in touch with us. You can do this via the Contact Us form here. If you choose to opt out of the rewards programme your account will be permanently closed, you will immediately cease to be a Member and you will no longer be entitled to access Rewards or Offers, including those that you have already accumulated.
